Difference between IAS & IFRS :
- All the accounting standards which were made between 1973 and 2001, are called IAS and all the accounting standards which were made after 2001, are called IFRS
- IAS were made by International Accounting Standards Committee (IASC) and IFRS were made by International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
- Some new roles were made in IFRS which were not in IAS.
